All members of the board work voluntarily for the non-profit organization. The Valeria Association is tax-exempt under the swiss laws and your donations can be deducted from your tax declaration. The Valeria Association has been on the list of tax-exempt institutions of the Canton of Lucerne since 2018. If you are a U.S. taxpayer, your donation to the Valeria Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation, may be deducted from your U.S. tax return.
